The Wee Prince: Teaching Resources
The Little Prince speaks 327 languages – and now also Scots.
Susan Rennie, author of Scots translations of titles such as The BFG and Tintin, has made teaching resources available for her latest work The Wee Prince; a Scots translation of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s Le Petit Prince.
A Scots glossary, helping learners decipher words such as daurna, speir and trauchle, is at hand to help learners access the text. A wordsearch and a list of Scots quotations are also available.
The Wee Prince is published by Edition Tintenfass - orders can be placed with the publisher or via bookshops.
