On 28 September 2015 Dr Ruth ODonovan will officially take up her post as the new Principal Executive Officer at Scottish Language Dictionaries in Edinburgh. Dr
ODonovan holds various language degrees from University College, Cork, the
University of Limerick and Dublin City University. She was previously Head of
Language Content at Harper Collins in Glasgow and had experience both with
corpus work and linguistic data in a digital environment. She replaces Dr
Christine Robinson who has now retired.
