The National Library of Scotland is currently hosting an exhibition of Scottish theatre over the past 40 years. Called 'Curtain UP' this exhibition explores, among other things, many of the plays that were intended to reflect Scottish speech, such as 'The Steamie' and 'The Slab Boys.'  Currently showing at the National Library, George IV Bridge, Edinburgh.
