To mark the 250th anniversary of the birth of Robert Burns, the Centre for Robert Burns Studies at the University of Glasgow is hosting a three-day conference to celebrate the many aspects of the life and work of Robert Burns. The Centre would be delighted to consider papers from anyone who would like to take part. Titles and abstracts (not more than 250 words) should be sent by e-mail no later than Friday 16 May 2008 to Burns2009@scotlit.arts.gla.ac.uk
