Aberdeen will be holding its annual commemoration of Sir William Wallace, at Schoolhill, beginning at 12.15. There will be a welcome from the Rev Dr A Emsley Nimmo and an address by the well known Scots language academic, campaigner and writer J Derrick McClure. After the wreath laying there will be songs in Scots together with pipe bands.
