This week in the press it was reported that American singer Jason Derulo had been trying to learn more about the Scots language. Derulo, who has previously toured in Scotland, found that he was unable to understand either interviewers or fans, adding that some places he found more difficult than others. Speaking to the ‘Daily Record’ Derulo commented “I’m getting much better with understanding the Scottish language.” The singer has been swatting up on Scots in preparation for this trip back to Scotland in February 2011 when he will be appearing in Glasgow.
