Social media expert

The Scots Language Centre provides information about Scots language and culture. We are mainly based online and deliver information and resources on a range of platforms including our web site, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Flickr.

We are looking to appoint a consultant to help us develop our presence on social media. Your job would be to develop, deliver and monitor our social media schedule.

The Centre is a small charity and we employ a range of consultants and staff – this post is for approximately seven hours a week and pays in the region of £5500 annually.

A knowledge of Scots is essential to this post. Previous experience of working in a social media environment would be helpful, though we would also consider applicants with appropriate creative skills who might not have formal work experience in this field.
