The Forum for Research on the Languages of Scotland and Ulster is holding its annual one-day conference, at the AK Bell Library, Perth, from 10 am to 5pm. The theme this year is 'Dictionaries, Glosaaries and the Languages of Scotland and Ireland.'

Speakers will include Chris Robinson on ‘The Dictionary of the Scots Language’, Andy Eagle on ‘Using and Manipulating the Dictionary of the Scots Language’, and Michael Montgomery on ‘Craigie’s Plan for the Dictionary of the Older Scots Tongue and Ireland.’ If you will like more information please contact Robert McColl Millar on r.millar@abdn.ac.uk
