New Book published by William Hershaw

Scots language poet, teacher and musician William Hershaw has published a new work - Johnny Aathin. The work contains prose and poetry in Scots and is set in a fictional Fife coal mining village. Hershaw writes about the characters and events of several decades in a small Scottish mining town. We can listen here to two extracts from the work read by Hershaw.
Copies of the book are available for £11 from 39 McKenzie Crescent, Lochgelly, KY5 9LT. All proceeds from the sale of the book are donated to Leukaemia Research.
